Today we have permanently banned a number of hackers from Puzzle Fighter, and removed them from the Leaderboards. These players were altering the game’s behavior to gain an advantage in competitive online play.
We identified and fixed the exploit used to cheat. Players will not be able to cheat using this method again.
Maintaining the integrity of the player-versus-player experience of Puzzle Fighter is of paramount importance to our team. We take attempts to cheat seriously, and will continue to ban players who do not play within the rules.
The dev team thanks the Puzzle Fighter community for identifying this exploit and providing video evidence of it happening. This helped us to diagnose and address the problem in an efficient manner. We look forward to continuing to work with the community to ensure that the Puzzle Fighter competitive experience is free from cheaters.
