Accounts banned

Earlier this week we identified two accounts that were using a non-gameplay related exploit in Puzzle Fighter to artificially get ahead in the game. We have banned both accounts, and are currently investigating whether or not others have used this exploit. In addition to the bans, both accounts have also had their Rank Points reset, removing them from the Leaderboards.

Our team has also patched the game to eliminate this exploit, and we’d like to assure you that this exploit did not alter or affect gameplay.

We want to ensure that Puzzle Fighter is a competitive game, and will continue to remove any players who cheat or use exploits to try to gain an unfair advantage.
